The information posted on the Bakai Market marketplace constitutes a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts this offer.

Article 1. General Provisions

The Marketplace operates in accordance with the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law on Consumer Protection No. 90 dated 05.12.1997, and other applicable legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Article 2. Definitions

Marketplace — a trading platform where product information is provided by multiple third parties, while transactions are processed by a single operator. Seller — a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that has entered into a partnership agreement with the Marketplace. Buyer — a person purchasing goods for personal use unrelated to business activities. Order — a Buyer's request to purchase goods from the Marketplace catalog.

Article 3. Purchase Terms

All intellectual property on the site belongs to the Marketplace or Seller. Product descriptions are informational. Obligations arise upon order confirmation or prepayment receipt. Orders may be placed via cart, order form, or phone. Delivery method is agreed upon at checkout. Buyer may refuse goods before delivery.

Article 4. Defective Goods

Quality complaints must be submitted to the Marketplace service center with a valid warranty card. Diagnostics period: 10 business days. Required documents: receipt, technical passport, warranty card, original packaging, accessories, and the item itself. Warranty repair period: 30 calendar days; up to 40 days if spare parts are unavailable.

Article 5. Additional Terms

The Marketplace website and services may be temporarily unavailable for technical maintenance. The technical team may conduct scheduled or unscheduled maintenance work.
