Partnership Rules

This Partnership Agreement governs the relationship between Bakai Market LLC and the Partner placing goods and/or services on the BAKAI Store marketplace.
Partnership Agreement
Signing the Application means joining the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement takes effect upon confirmation by the Organization and is valid indefinitely. The Organization may refuse to enter into the Agreement without explanation.
Partner Requirements
Partners eligible to cooperate with BAKAI Store include: legal entities registered in the Kyrgyz Republic; individual entrepreneurs registered in the prescribed manner; sellers holding the necessary licenses and permits.
Onboarding Process
1. Submit an application via the website form or contact the BAKAI Store team. 2. Provide required documents: registration certificate, TIN, bank details. 3. Sign the Agency Agreement electronically (OTP confirmation). 4. Complete onboarding with a personal manager. 5. Start listing products in your seller account.
Terms of Cooperation
The Partner receives access to the seller account and agrees to: comply with KR legislation on product quality and certification; maintain up-to-date product and pricing information; process orders promptly; keep order cancellation rate below 5%; observe business ethics when interacting with the BAKAI Store team and customers.
Commission Fee
Commission rates are determined by BAKAI Store tariffs and communicated during onboarding. Commission is deducted from the amount received from the Buyer. Payments are made to the Partner's bank account according to the established schedule.
