You'll need your business registration certificate, tax identification number (INN), and bank account details. Individual entrepreneurs need their patent or registration certificate. Our team will guide you through the full requirements during onboarding.

From submitting your application to having your first products live typically takes 2 hours. Our team reviews applications within 1 business day and provides guided assistance to help you start selling as quickly as possible.

Almost all legal consumer goods — electronics, clothing, food and beverages, household goods, cosmetics, sports equipment, toys, auto accessories, and much more. During onboarding we'll clarify any category-specific requirements or restrictions.

Payouts are processed on a regular schedule (weekly or bi-weekly depending on your category). Funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account after order completion and the standard return window. You can track all payout history in your seller cabinet.

You can upload products individually through our product management interface or in bulk using our Excel/CSV import tool. Each product supports multiple images, detailed descriptions, attributes, and variants. Our team can also assist with initial catalog setup.

You have two options: use our network of fulfillment and delivery partners (recommended for convenience) or arrange your own delivery. We are integrated with major delivery services operating in Kyrgyzstan. Your seller cabinet provides shipping label generation and tracking.

BAKAI Store commission ranges from 2.5% to 4% depending on the product category. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges — you only pay when you make a sale.
